Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Buffalo Chicken Wrap


This meal is DELICIOUS! I love making this when I am craving buffalo wings.  This is a healthier version of them without all of that grease.  Finger licking GOOD!


Ingredients:
  • Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • Franks Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cups water
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • Suggested garnishes: lettuce, tomato, cheese

Directions:

1.  Heat oil in 12 inch skillet until hot.
2.  Prep chicken breasts by patting dry and seasoning with salt and pepper. 
3.  Put chicken face down in skillet and cook for 5 minutes or golden brown on top.
4.  Flip chicken over, add water, cover, and cook on medium heat for 7 -10 minutes or until chicken 
     is at 160 degrees. 
5.  Once cooked, remove chicken and let it cool for a bit.  Then, shred with a fork. 


6.  Place Franks Red Hot Sauce in a bowl.
7.  Add shredded chicken to bowl and stir until evenly coated.

8.  Heat up tortilla according to package.
9.  Prepare wrap by placing chicken in middle with garnishes.

10.Enjoy!
